MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is the practice of cultivating open and non-judgmental awareness in each moment.   This awareness allows us to respond to what is actually happening in our lives rather than living in the past or worrying about the future.

THERAPY

As a experienced practitioner and mindfulness facilitator, I incorporate mindfulness into psychotherapy through both embodied presence and the explicit teachings of mindfulness practice.

MINDFULNESS-BASED CLASSES

With years of training as a practitioner and certified facilitator, I teach a variety of evidenced based eight-week mindfulness programs such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC).

MENTORING

For those interested in certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, (MBCT), I offer mentorship through the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness certification program.
